The Qualifying Exam Part I (MCQ) is a primary exam towards Canadian pharmacy licensure. Dr. Marankan holds a postgraduate degree in pharmacy from the College of Pharmacy of University of Illinois at Chicago, USA. Fatima has extensive experience in pharmacy instruction at UIC College of Pharmacy, USA and the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences at the University of British Columbia, Canada. Her academic, research and teaching achievements have been recognized by the Paul Sang Award at the University of Illinois at Chicago and the TLEF Award at the University of British Columbia. Dr. Marankan is currently the founder and director of Canadian Pharmacy Exam Prep (www.cpeprep.com) and Faculty at Thompson Rivers University, Canada. Most importantly, Fatima has extensive understanding of the requirements of pharmacy licensing exams in Canada; she serves as a member of the team responsible for the supervision of PEBC® exams in Vancouver, Canada from 2004 to 2009.
