Cornelius Bothma is a senior lecturer in marketing at the University of South Africa, and is active in teaching and researching. In 2000, he wrote one of the first books about online business in South Africa, and has been actively involved in developing and marketing websites. He is in the process of completing his doctorate, which also focuses on the online world, and has written or contributed to more than 30 books ranging from marketing to exporting and e-business. Co-editor Melanie Gopaul is a lecturer in the department of marketing and retail management at the University of South Africa.
