About the Author:

Karen Eubank is a retired high school English teacher and junior high principal--and she is still relatively sane. She and her husband Norman live in Missouri and are the parents of three grown sons and two large dogs. She writes a travel column for her local newspaper, enjoys cycling, touring the countryside on the back of her husband's Harley, and cheering on her St. Louis Cardinals.
