About the Author:
Charlie Liebert, at thirty-five, left atheism to become a Christian. In high school and college, he was taught that he evolved from pond scum and he wholeheartedly believed it. In his early twenties, he earned a BS in chemistry and an MBA in marketing. At his conversion, in 1977, he immediately saw the contradiction with the Genesis story of creation and the evolution he knew. After three years of study, he evolved into a young earth creationist. Teaching Christian apologetics in many different contexts, he has conducted over four hundred workshops and seminars for children and adults. For a brief time, he worked for Ken Ham’s ministry, Answers in Genesis. In the late nineties, he produced a TV show from his seminars called Creation Foundation Explanation for Greensboro Community Television. Charlie is known locally in Greensboro as an excellent teacher of apologetics. He and his wife, Terry, live in Greensboro, North Carolina, have a son, Keith, a daughter, Melanie, and five grandchildren.
