About the Author:

Michelle Braden is the CEO of MSBCoach, an ICF certified business. She has coached & trained leaders & teams for more than 18 years. Michelle received her Advanced Human Behavior Certification & Wellness Coaching certification from the Leadership Institute of America. She is an advanced certified associate of Emergenetics® International, a TED * Certified Coach, a Center for Creative Leadership Certified Coach, & served as a panelist for the World Coaching Conference in 2011. As adjunct faculty for the Center for Creative Leadership, Michelle coaches leaders, facilitates group coaching & conflict resolution sessions. Michelle is the founder of the Emerging Executive Leadership Program & the Authentic Leadership Summit & serves on the leadership board of the Building Goodness Foundation.
