About the Author:

Lena Rai is a Native American novelist and established poet, from a small town just south of the Mackinaw Bridge that tips the northern-most edge of Michigan. Lena has been published in The International Library of Poetry and had a winning essay entitled, The Accomplishments of Gerald R. Ford as President of the United States for the Gerald R. Ford renaming ceremony in Grand Rapids, MI. Awards and accolades have scented the creative air around Ms. Rai, including the cash prize win with companion spot in the MINACT INC. News Fall of 2004 with U.S. Representative Vernon Ehlers and Ford’s brother Richard Ford. Author of two successful books of poetry, “Voices Silently Speak” and “Whispering a Lady’s Secret is well known across the internet and social media arenas such as MySpace, Twitter, and Facebook.
