After I wrote my fist book, Organizing a Single Life I was ask to do a book for seniors over 5O to help them with information on what they need to know when facing retirement and other issues as we get older. So why not? But there are a lot of things going on in my life right now. I am single and over 50. That is a lot. Don’t tell me that I have it made, that I only have to take care of myself, and that my time is my own. I know that and realized that that is the problem. Being responsible for all that as you get older is not easy. My salvation is that I am an excellent organizer and you have to be organized in today’s hi tech environment. This book is a culmination of the experiences of my life’s incarnations. I was an Army wife and moved 11 times in three years, a technical writer, health and life insurance agent, security systems sales door to door, furniture sales (I really liked that one) and finally settled on what I really love doing, organizing. I have explored the facets of a senior life and I hope this helps you as a senior moving on in your life and please share it with your adult children so they can help you and themselves organize for their future.
