Synopsis

Jessica was driving in New York City in her 1967 Mustang; she had a weakness for classic cars. She shifted into fifth gear so she could beat a red light. She was shopping for a retirement gift for her stepfather, and she was in a hurry. He was retiring from the FBI, and she had been shopping all day with no success. Jessica pulled into the mall parking lot. Getting out of her car, she saw her best friend, Queda Lynn Wright. She was a tall, long-legged redhead with a desire to become an FBI agent, but for some reason, she would not apply. Jessica believed, she didn't have enough confidence in herself.

I was born on October 22,1948. That makes me an old fart.I was raised in Memphis, Tennessee. And yes I can remember when Elvis came on the scene. So, that could make me a cool old fart. I was in the army for five years and spent two years in Viet Nam. I guess that could make me a dangerous old fart.That means the only thing I'm sure of is, I became an old fart.The events of September 11, changed my way of looking at the world forever. Hating terrorist for their acts against humanity is the way we should feel but you can't condemn a nation or religion for the acts of a few. I believe education is the way to peace not war but sometimes we are forced into situations. I believe that even if you're taught lies, the truth will eventually surface and a change for the better will come. We are not at war with a religion or a nation but with cowards that are afraid of change and of the truth and want to remain in control of uneducated minds. In the 1960s it wasn't the violence that brought change in our own country, it was education. As Zammatra says in my book right or wrong has no race, right or wrong has no religion or nationality. Right or wrong are just plain right or wrong. Heros come in all religions, races, nationalities, and sexes and may God walk with ours.
