Served as a Chaplain, teaching and counseling inmates, teaching and counseling indigent drug abusers assisting them with skills to regain their lives and reenter the real world. Provided case management, conducted training that focused on interview skills and proper dress attire for going out on interviews. Provided one- on- one and group counseling assisting persons to become successful members of society establishing themselves to be self-sufficient. Dr. Richardson has served as Pastor of several churches and is now a Ministry Consultant, where he assist churches discover how to put the ministry pieces of the puzzle together and become a kingdom focused church that the life of Christ may be displayed in them.
