After hanging up the stilettos in her scandalously funny debut memoir Amateur Night at the Bubblegum Kittikat, Victoria Fedden embarks on new (mis)adventures in her year-long quest for happiness, true love, and the chance to build a life she can be proud of. Along the way she starts a garden, fails at voodoo, endures several disastrous dates, sails through a few storms, and ultimately learns to navigate her way through the bizarre and beautiful world that teems beneath the ever-shining South Florida sun. Sun Shower is a humorous and heartfelt memoir about blooming where you’re planted, embracing your passions and forgiveness. It’s a story about learning to love yourself while finding the hidden magic in everyday life.
