Constance Vork's interest in real estate began with the purchase of a dilapidated duplex in the Phillips neighborhood of Minneapolis in 1999. She restored that building, and went on to purchase several more small multi-family buildings over the next few years. By 2007, Constance had decided to help others purchase real estate too, and obtained her license, jumping into the business at a time which some have described as the worst housing market in 50 years. At the same time, Constance made her first foray into North Minneapolis neighborhoods, buying an investment property in the Willard-Hay Neighborhood, and then a home to occupy in 2008. Since then, Constance has become a dedicated Northside booster, neighborhood activist and fixture of the local real estate market. In addition to selling homes and following neighborhood developments, Constance serves on the Minneapolis Heritage Preservation Commission, which addresses landmark properties in the City of Minneapolis. Constance currently lives in the Homewood neighborhood, with husband Jason, son Henry, dog Lucy, and cats Lazlo and Avery.
