About the Author:

Kellie started her career in the world of non-profit and quickly found she could put the same number of hours in, working for herself, and make money. So she left to become an entrepreneur. With the purchase of her first location, she became the youngest female franchisee of 7-Eleven and soon afterward, she bought a second store. After five years, and meeting her husband-to-be, she sold her businesses and started in the McDonald’s world. She worked her way up through the system, including Hamburger University, and ultimately became an approved franchisee. After ten years in the fast food industry she realized her continuous passion for healthy food was too incongruent with her career choice. Kellie went back to school receiving a BS in Nutrition, Health and Wellness to add to her BA in Speech Communication. Wanting to find even healthier alternatives for teaching she received her Nutritional Therapy Practitioner degree the following year. Kellie is the author of multiple books instructing how to use nutrient-dense whole foods to lose weight, improve health, and detoxify the body. She is the international radio show host of Eat Well to Live Well with Kellie Hill on Voice America every Monday at 2:00 p.m. Pacific.
