About the Author:

Chandell Labbozzetta, Sales Trainer and NLP Trainer helps Australian companies and individuals become more effective salespeople by teaching them how to build rapport and discover real needs. She has taught hundreds of people and transformed their lives and businesses with her simple, practical strategies and down-to-earth approach. An engaging speaker and writer, Chandell tells of her struggle with self-worth (despite being a high-performer in many areas) and how that shaped her choices.
