9781508501404: The Night Has A Thousand Eyes: Music is the Soundtrack of My Life

“The Night Has A Thousand Eyes” is the story about the coming of age of the main character, Tyler Morgan, and his humble beginnings growing up in Brooklyn’s Bedford/Stuyvesant and Brownsville neighborhoods, in New York City. There are many twists and turns Tyler Morgan encounters on this journey; his ascent from childhood to college to entrée into the shady world of the numbers game, all the while straddling the line between two worlds, gay and straight. Reinventing his life when necessary,he was always able to stay one step ahead of his adversaries and at times, the law.Would it work this time? There was lots of parting, dancing and especially music, which provided the soundtrack for his wild ride. Throughout it all, Tyler always seemed able to land on his feet, just like a cat. It was all about the Game; you gotta be sure to play it right, because the streets are watching and the night has a thousand eyes. Mr. Marsh is a fourth generation performer and a fifth generation Brooklynite, currently living in Brooklyn, New York.
