About the Author
Darren Howard was born and raised in Australia's oldest inland city-the New South Wales country town of Bathurst. A former police officer and an experienced primary school teacher with postgraduate qualifications in gifted education and children's literature, he has worked in both Sydney and Melbourne. His children's sci-fi and fantasy stories draw on his interest in science, his love of science fiction, and his extensive travels around the world.
