Dr. Harold Conley grew up in austere conditions, attending a one-room schoolhouse in rural, southern Illinois during the Great Depression. After studying pharmacy in college and military service, he attended medical school at the University of Illinois at Chicago. In 1961, he moved to rural Wisconsin to begin private practice.
