Body Weight Blast 2 In the first Body Weight Blast program the routine was based on mastering your body weight by completing as many reps as possible. In this workout program you will be switching gears, and testing how long you can hold your weight. This program is similar to yoga except that you won’t be doing any Child’s Poses, Downward Dogs or saying Namaste at the end of your workout ( no offense to yoga enthusiasts this workout was actually inspired by yoga.). This workout program is going to challenge you mentally as well as physically because it will require an extreme amount of focus. Your stability and endurance will be tested in this program, so get your music playlist ready because you will be holding still for a while. Program Breakdown This program has a five days on two days off schedule. This mean you will train for five days and rest for two. This program last three weeks. Each workout phase will be one week long which gives your muscles time to adjust and develop enough strength to progress to the next phase. Every exercise in this program will be performed for five minutes continuously. After five minutes you will record the amount of drops you had during the workout, if any (see pg. 7). There are preset achievements in this routine to give you a goal to strive towards. The daily maintenance portion of the program is provided to keep you in a training mindset after you complete the three weeks.

My name is Glenn Payne Jr. I am the creator of Faster Stronger Wiser. I began my fitness journey early in my life. As a child I took gymnastics, dance classes, karate and boxing. When I grew older I dedicated all of my fitness life to basketball. Basketball led me to a semiprofessional playing career in Dallas, Texas for the United Basketball League and a brief stint with the American Basketball Association. In my first pro season I dislocated my knee and I was sidelined for the next year. I didn’t have any medical insurance, and my team could only cover a small amount of my medical expenses. I was forced to learn how to rehab myself to comeback to basketball, or be physically fit ever again. As I healed I studied kinesiology, physical therapy, and alternative methods of healing. I began to study other sports, so that I could absorb the strengths from these sports and apply them to my recovery. I developed a love for boxing and mixed martial arts over the time that I was injured. The training involved in these sports seemed to be designed just for my life. I began to study physical fitness practices every day. I would make it a point to learn how all muscles worked, and how to strengthen them. My studies taught me how to strengthen myself in ways I have never known. I made a full recovery and my athletic ability was better than before my injury. My teammates saw my transformation, and they began to ask me to train them for the season. This eventually led me into a career as a certified personal trainer. I received my first personal training certification in 2011 from the National Exercise and Strength Training Association, and this solidified my new career path as a fitness specialist. I eventually left semiprofessional basketball and returned back to California to focus more on my fitness career. I developed boot camps, and became a boxing instructor. Over the course of my fitness career I pinpointed the reason for my physical success. It was a daily dedication to training. I literally work out every day. I believe strongly that daily exercise (no matter how intense) provides the best results, and you can never reach a physical limit. Plateaus are a myth to me because there is always a way to overcome a plateau. This belief is why I named my fitness style Faster Stronger Wiser.
