About the Author:

Jeremy has been involved in the health and fitness industry for a long time. He's done everything from personal training, running his own bootcamp classes, being a supervisor at a gym, cycling across the country, and most recently he received his doctorate degree in chiropractic from Palmer College of Chiropractic. With such a busy schedule, plus a family, Jeremy started finding it difficult to make it the gym everyday. Being able to work out at home was a must. Fortunately, his background made this transition easy. The Ultimate Home Workout Book is a collection of some of his favorite exercises and exercise combinations using a variety of equipment of nor equipment at all. Using the exercises and workouts found in this book Jeremy is able to maintain good physical health and fitness with just a little bit of time.
