This is a story about my journey towards a healthier lifestyle and what worked best for me. I do not claim that this will be ideal for everyone as it is my journey about how I managed to get healthy and be in the shape that I wanted. These are my own ways that I practised and perfected for myself. I just hope it gives you an idea of how to create your own path that works best for you too. This journal includes information about different foods, recipes, helpful hints, and activities that will give you ideas on how to become the best that you choose to be. My hope is that this journal will inspire you to achieve your own goal and help you gain the healthy lifestyle that you desire. If I can do it, you can do it.

She is an editor, travel writer, copywriter, and social media guru. She also does motivational speaking and talks on bullying and loving yourself. She loves animals and helping others.
