Jeremy Dorris, DC lives beautiful San Diego, CA with his wife and two kids. He is a graduates of Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, IA where he served as a Clinical Rehabilitation Intern. He opened San Diego Sports Chiropractic in 2010 with the goal of bringing high quality chiropractic care to San Diego. He believes that exercising and stretching are an essential part of recovering from any injury and regularly prescribes the exercises and stretches shown in this book. When not treating patients you can usually find Jeremy at a park with his kids, running or at the gym, or enjoying all that San Diego has to offer with his family.
