About the Author

Jo Anna has been running since 1989. This book was birthed out of lessons she learned running a race in the midst of injury. Jo Anna holds a Bachelors of Arts from Wheaton College and a Masters of Arts from Columbia College Chicago. Jo Anna and her husband reside in Lombard, Illinois and also in Jacksonport, Wisconsin when life allows. They are members of Harvest Bible Chapel of Rolling Meadows, Illinois and Community Church of Fish Creek, Wisconsin. Jo Anna has no desire to sell books, build a platform, or have a successful blog of followers. Her only aim is to point people to Jesus, offering the gift of an abundant way to do life on earth in the shadow of eternity.
