It has helpful sales tips on negotiation, persistence, not doing stupid things to mess up a sale....and its packaged in an easy to read format that is actually pretty funny. Everyone who read it told me so....except my wife. Buy the book. if you don't like it, I am sure you can complain to Amazon. They are pretty good at customer service.
