About the Author

Matt Morris is a life coach and an author. He is passionate about using events that have happened in his life to inspire and make a positive impact in the lives of others. Topics in his books include: Positivity, Living In the Present Moment, and goal setting - all of which he has used to completely transform his life.

A few of his life experiences include:

- Being in a plane crash at the age of 10 that killed his mother and left him in a coma for 1 month

- Having severe back problems as a teenager and instead of having surgery (as Dr.'s recommended), he healed himself with the power of the mind and exercise

- Getting over his fear of being judged as "different" and transforming into "one of the most socially-savvy people in the room" by focusing on his strengths instead of his weaknesses.

- Losing his father at the age of 30 and being able to cope with this reality

Despite all this, Matt is known for his optimistic attitude and keen ability to find the good out of every situation, despite how traumatic the event may seem.

Throughout his books, he goes into much more detail about how he's used each of these events to improve his life and make him a stronger person. He is on a mission to change the attitudes and pre-conceived negative beliefs of the world in order to make it a better place. He firmly believes that everything happens for a reason.

In his free time, Matt loves to read books based on self-improvement, psychology, marketing, health, fitness, and learning about various cultures.
