Lorna Gail LaDage discovered her passion for rock art after moving to Durango Colorado in 1979, exploring sites all over the American Southwest. After dual careers as a national class marathon runner and elementary school counselor, as well as raising her three children, she moved to another Ancestral Puebloan homeland above Cortez, Colorado. She has authored several books on archaeology and rock art.
