Synopsis

Looking for Spanish Novels?

I know how tough it is to find good books to help you learn a new language.
You usually don't have a large vocabulary.
You aren't able to read long and complex novels intended for native speakers.
You'd like to go right to the fun stuff, but maybe it's too hard for you now.
A typical beginner's Spanish reader isn't interesting or just plain boring.
But this book is not like that.

Learning with Spanish Novels is easy and straightforward. Forget about difficult long texts with English-translations. This book for Spanish learners is not like that: it will take you to the next level in no time! That means less effort and struggle on your way to fluency in Spanish. Improving your Spanish can be lots of fun.

An Easy Spanish Book Both Fun & Easy

Ana, estudiante is the first book of the Spanish Novels Series. This Spanish reader is packed with useful expressions you need in everyday situations: greetings, buying things, talking to friends, etc. Anyone who already knows the basics of the Spanish language is ready to read this book. I assume you have a general knowledge of personal pronouns, articles, and some common verbs/nouns in Spanish. Actually, the only verb tense you need to know is simple present.

A funny story about love and friendship. A girl who studies Psychology at the University, falls in love with her teacher, prepares exams, and goes out with friends. The action takes place in Buenos Aires, Argentina, so you'll be exposed to real argentinian slang.

This easy Spanish book will show you the most used grammar structures in different situations. As the difficulty level is just right you will learn and enjoy it at the same time. There's no doubt about it: A beginner Spanish book is the perfect place to start practicing the language.

Review

"Fantastic way to start extending Spanish knowledge. I'm using Duolingo (highly recommend) to learn basic Spanish words, and this book is helping me get conversationally fluent in basic Spanish. I will be continuing on with this series when I finish this book."
-Kyler Middleton

"I'm not a beginner, but I like to see how other authors approach teaching at different levels of language learning. Paco Ardit knows what he's doing and I believe that many people will benefit from his books."
-Samuel Arreondo

"I'm taking Introductory Spanish at university and wanted some books toread to supplement what I was learning in class. This book was an excellent choice. The vocabulary is spot on for a beginner, but it doesn't feel like a children's book. The short chapters make it easy to read without having to stop and look up translations. I plan to purchase more books from this author in the future and have recommended them to people in my class!"
-Jessica

"A lot of Spanish readers have giant chunks of Spanish, followed by chunks of English translation; when done properly, the translations can help if you run into an expression that throws you with it's literal translation, but it can confuse you terribly if the author isn't terribly fluent in English... This book is completely different from most, in that the chapters are one page each so you're progressing quickly, rather than slogging through full chapters, and so far, a fun story in fairly simple Spanish. The simple phrasing and story allow me to mostly make it through the book on my own, and since I'm not looking up every other word, I'm able to better read aloud, take in more of the grammar, and enjoy the story uninterrupted by the vocabulary checking that I have to do in some other books. If there's any English translation, it has to be at the back of the book, because I haven't run into any so far."
