About the Author:

Hi, I'm Cris and my story starts when I was first introduced to Health and Fitness by my brother when I was 12 years old. Right away, I was hooked! I started the foundation of my training with the basic lifts, Bench Press, Deadlifts and Squats. The next 10 years of my fitness life were focused on experiencing and studying many different types of workouts , nutritional plans and personal growth techniques designed to increase the ambition to push harder and succeed in any goal. I always try to be the best possible version of myself by combining self-motivation with a never-ending quest of knowledge in my fitness and training and always finding something to improve in myself. Since I am a qualified personal trainer and owner of my own business I want to offer as many people as possible my knowledge and training methods to the best of my ability to succeed. That is the reason I created THINK FIT Program, to help as many people as possible to achieve their goals in every area of their life and clear up all the confusion about fat burning nutrition and training that may have held you back in the past. The reality is, it doesn't matter what kind of accomplishments I have under my belt or what my lifestyle is like, what matters is YOU!
