So many friends and family members, both men and women, have asked me to give them some easy recipes that they can prepare at home because they work most of the day and when they come home, all they want to do is relax and make a nice easy home meal that doesn’t consist of sandwiches. I was overwhelmed when everybody liked my recipes and encouraged me to publish them. Being a bachelor is one of the toughest things, but being a bachelor living alone is the worst of all. You are all alone and that means cooking for yourself; it’s when you don’t know how to cook that things go from bad to worse. There is always the solution of eating out at restaurants and eating fast foods but whether you like it or not, there is always that pull and missing homemade meals that can’t be satisfied with any fast food or restaurant meal. If you are tired of what you usually eat and want to switch your meals from fast food to homemade ones, here are some of the best salad and snack recipes that you have ever tasted. It doesn’t matter if you are in a hurry or you simply don’t want to spend too much time in the kitchen, all the recipes in this book can be made in less than 15 minutes. With clear and easy instructions, you will be able to take matters into your own hands and start cooking for yourself. About the Author:

Deborah Ferguson, one of America's most prolific chefs, belongs to a new generation of experienced home cooks. Eager to experiment and create new recipes of her own, her creativity and passion for cooking are extensively depicted in her amazingly detailed books. Born in New York City, Deborah was first exposed as a child to good cooking in her parents' restaurant, Flamingo. At 19, she began her full-time apprenticeship at The Sofitel Paris, before joining the The Hilton New York City for 7 years specializing in culinary research and development. Deborah has been with the United States Culinary Institute of Special Programs since 1998. There she provides regular cooking demonstrations and student consultations, in addition to planning and implementing special events and programs with the school.
