Dissoutes par la première Restauration, elles se reformèrent bien vite au nou vel appel de leur Empereur. Mais, désemparées après Water loo sans but avouable, sans moyens d'existence, recrutées dans la 11e du peuple, elles se mirent a parcourir alors au hasard nos campagnes, les pillant, les terrorisant, et, peur la plupart, fini rent misérablement dans les bagues et les prisons.
