About the Author
Deborah Ward writes a popular blog about high sensitivity for Psychology Today magazine called 'Sense and Sensitivity,' which generates approximately 10,000 views a week. She also writes a blog for Truity, which publishes articles on personality type to help people discover their individual strengths. Her self-help and psychology articles have been published in various print and online publications in Canada, America and the U.K., including Psychologies, Natural Health, PositiveHealthOnline and Alive magazine.
