About the Author:

A long-time New Yorker with a lifetime of experience in personal fitness, Jacqueline Gikow believes that a optimistic mindset is the most important aspect of a fit lifestyle. 
Through her wellness practice, Audacious-Aging.NYC®, she inspires a healthy, active, and vital life, inspires her clients to be active, healthy and vital now and tomorrow, maintaining healthy bones, brain, heart, joints, & weight.  Personal trainer, and wellness coach, Gikow is passionate about helping people lead longer, healthy lives.
Jacqueline Gikow is certified as a Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor through the American Council on Exercise (ACE), the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) the Aquatic Exercise Association (AEA), and holds a certificate of completion as a Wellness Coach through Wellcoaches®. Additionally, she is licensed as a Zumba®, Aqua Zumba®, and Zumba Gold® instructor, certified as an AcquaPole® instructor and the founder of PiroWET'te™. 
An unabashed techie and DIY nerd, Gikow has an infectious laugh, loves bicycling, bright colors, fresh peaches, shoes and Russian Blue cats.
