About the Author
Robert Courtade served in the U.S. Army 1968-1971. After the service he became an award-winning computer operator and computer specialist for the Department of Defense. In 1985 a physician mentioned Recovery International as a method for dealing with anxiety and anger. Robert attended meetings of this organization and learned the program. After many years of membership, he decided to write a book explaining The Recovery Method for fear and anger to a modern audience.
