The book addresses the policies underlying remedies while teaching students the rules they will need to apply on bar exams. Primary cases apply the "bar rule," and the notes that follow describe cases that adopt a different position. The book features abundant explanatory material and numerous practical lawyering problems and hypotheticals to help students test their understanding.
