When Annabelle became trapped in the mushroom woods, a couple passing fairies decided to help out. They made her small, very small. She woke in a room where flowers petals are used as blankets and almonds as chairs. Out the window the lilies towered like skyscrapers and bees fluttered by the size of small airplanes. She was ready to go home but there was one problem. None of the fairies, who were each endowed with their own unique powers, knew how to make her big again. But when Annabelle saves Furalese at the Great Dragonfly Race, they vow to help her get back home, at any cost. Abigail Winters, a wise fairy who lost her wings long ago, tells them she knows a potion that may return a human to her normal size. But gathering the ingredients is a perilous journey for creatures the size of raindrops, especially a human who must travel on the back of a bee. To make matters worse, half way through the journey Annabelle and her fairy friends learn that the goblins have taken Abigail’s wings, which means choosing between getting home in one piece or making an already treacherous journey, much more dangerous.
