The Yellowstone Conundrum follows everyday average Americans as they react to the worst possible natural disaster--the explosion of the ancient caldera in NW Wyoming--a catastrophe with massive earthquakes and an ash plume filled with magma from the center of the Earth high into the atmosphere. The explosion triggers an earthquake in the Puget Sound which sends a tsunami into Seattle. The electrical grid in the NW is shattered as are multiple dams along the Snake and Missouri Rivers, causing a series of disasters that will divide the United States--tearing the nation asunder. Our characters race to escape the direct path of the exploding ash while in Seattle gangs attempt to take over downtown on the night with no light; the good guys fight the Night of the Living Dead at the Mt. Baker Tunnel and the Seattle Main Library. The characters continue in Scorched Earth, Torn Asunder and Justified.
