    "I've been doing Yoga for years, but always in a mixed group of men as well as women. This book by Michael Williams is intended, I believe for men who are not in a Yoga group but who actually practice by themselves. He covers the basics of Yoga - Asanas, Mudra, Prana, Pranayama and the various terms like Namaste and Om, plus the different Yogic techniques such as Bikram, Hatha (the one I know), Iyengar and Kripalu. A good portion of the book describes the various Yoga poses (Asanas) suitable for men. One thing I like about the book are the sequences, which list the poses in order.
