Hardcover. Condition: Very Good. First Edition. Signature and date (October, 1996) of author and historian Thomas Parrish at the top of the front fly-leaf. Illustrated with black-and-white facsimiles and a map. Not an ex-library copy. No remainder marks. Most books shipped within 24 hours. All books mailed with Delivery Confirmation. Scattered light foxing on the edges and the front inside cover and front fly-leaf. The front inside cover also has a couple of red marks. Very good condition. I assume this volume was not issued with a dust jacket.
