About the Author

Maureen Taylor is nationally known as both a genealogist and as a writer for Memory Makers, the best-selling scrapbooking magazine. She is a contributing editor to Family Tree Magazine, and more than 2,000 visitors a month read her online photo identification column on the magazine's Web site. She is the author of Uncovering Your Ancestry Through Family Photographs and Preserving Your Family Photographs. Maureen is a frequent lecturer and has appeared on "The View," MSNBC and DIY: Scrapbooking. She lives in Westwood, Massachusetts.
