Tony Calderone (1966-) was born in Hornell, New York. He was raised in a small farming community in Schuyler County. He began ice and rock climbing as a child. He has completed over 100 first ascents in New York, Pennsylvania, Utah, Idaho, Wyoming, and California. He received his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Utah and his M.S. in Project Management from Keller Graduate School of Management.
