About the Author

Jim Smith, Jr. is known by many as "Mr. Energy" and "the trainers' trainer." After some 15 years in corporate training capacities, he created his own company, JIMPACT Enterprises, Inc. Following lengthy experience as an in-house trainer, he now travels nationally and internationally as a motivational speaker. He is also the author of From Average to Awesome and a co-author of Masters of Success. He lives in Lansdowne, Pennsylvania.
