I picked up a copy of this book in the airport bookstore with skepticism, expecting it to be yet another fad diet. I was pleasantly surprised to find it filled with practical tips on how to make lifestyle changes that will help you lose weight. I have lost 55 pounds so far. I am not attributing all of my success to this book, but I can tell you that I have incorporated many of the ideas into my life. If you are looking for a "quick fix", you will be disappointed. If you earnestly want to lose weight the slow, healthy, and natural way, you will find it very useful. It is a small book and each page has 1 or 2 tips on things you can do to lose weight.
