She is also a frequent international traveler and an outdoor enthusiast. An avid cyclist, backpacker, skier, and scuba diver, in addition to Mexico, she has explored Europe, Asia, and North America through business and leisure travel. In addition to writing Moon Handbooks on Baja, Cabo, Mexico, Mexico City, and Northern Mexico, Joe Cummings has penned numerous other guidebooks, phrasebooks, and atlases for countries around the world.
