This is a hard to find publication in a clam shell box containing two facsimile reprints and a German/English Commentary book. It is a 1994 reprint of the original 1922 magazine date in Berlin. Lars Muller Publishers placed the three periodical issues in a sturdy, well a designed slipcase box. Original and copies are Russian with an additional soft cover book of 'Commentary and Translations' in German and English. With all that was culturally changing in Europe due in part because of World War I and the Russian Revolution, El Lisickij (El Lissitzky) and Erenburg wanted to create an international platform from which new ideas could be expressed. The magazine publication was broken into several areas of expression and critique. Art and Journalism Literature Painting, Sculpture and Architecture Theater and Circus Music Cinematography Advertising People who contributed articles were well known in their areas of expertise at the time. Some were, Majakovskij (Mayakovsky), Theo van Doesburg, Lipchitz, Le Corbusier, Divoine, Glebov, Moholy-Nagy, Schwitters, Malevich and Arp. They wrote on various topics such as Suprematism, Purism, Avant Garde. Organizations such as UNOVIS and OMBChU.
