About the Author:

George Manning, a professor of psychology at Northern Kentucky University, is a consultant to business, industry, and government and lectures on topics including quality of work life, work force values, and business ethics. Kent Curtis is professor of organizational studies and leadership development at Northern Kentucky University. Steve McMillen is director of executive development and performance improvement at Hillenbrand Industries, Inc. The authors have been involved in collaborative consulting for three decades.
