Gail Bennett, RN, MSN, CIC, has been involved in IC for 28 years. As the executive director of ICP Associates, an international infection control consulting company, she advises hundreds of healthcare facilities in IC management and training. A former member of the national board of directors of the Association for Professionals in Infection Control and Epidemiology (APIC), and treasurer and board member of the National Center for Clinical Epidemiology, she now serves on the board of directors of the Georgia Infection Control Network. She received a bachelor's degree in Nursing from the University of Florida and a master's degree in Allied Health Sciences from the University of North Florida.
