Self-Hypnosis for Cancer Patients

9781580150194: Self-Hypnosis for Cancer Patients

Based on five years experience teaching self-hypnosis to cancer patients at the Wellness Community in San Diego and working with cancer patients in his private practice, Lee Overholser, Ph.D., has developed a set of three self-hypnosis CD's that are of tremendous help to those who are fighting cancer together with a short booklet. These CD's help the listener enter the self-hypnotic state, make the mind-body connection, identify the special feelings associated with mobilizing the immune system to deal with cancer, control side-effects and pain, mobilize healing power and use self-hypnosis for any application desired. These CD's are to be used as a complement to the cancer therapy a patient is receiving and are not offered as a cure or cancer treatment.
