Paul Gill, an independent consultant, drew on 9 years of experience developing major software systems to write The Next Step: Integrating the Software Life Cycle with SAS Programming. Paul specializes in systems development for the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries. His projects have included using linked lists to track Superfund activity for the Environmental Protection Agency, and using multidimensional arrays and the SAS/GRAPH Annotate Facility to create graphic representations of toxic waste sites.
