DON RICHARD was the Executive Director of the Kevin Collins Foundation until his death in 2000. He taught criminal justice at Sacramento City College; worked for the California Department of Justice, where he conducted research on investigative tools and methods; and worked as a "profiler" within the criminal justice system. He was involved in the development of a Child ID Kit and co-developed a child awareness and safety program that was incorporated into school systems nationwide. At the time of his death he was living in San Francisco, California. JOHN BRODIE, now retired after 24 years of service in the California Department of Justice, continues to work with the California State Department of Justice in an effort to enhance legislation concerning criminals and child safety, and he actively supports various non-profit foundations. Mr. Brodie lives and works in San Francisco, California.
