About the Author:
Carey Groendal was born in Denver, Colorado, and has two older siblings and one younger. Each became the other's life line growing up because they rarely stayed in one place long enough to develop lasting relationships. Carey married her best friend a week after high school graduation, and they now have four children. She works as a Registered Obstetrical Nurse and enjoys her job tremendously; she is a bit of an adrenaline junkie. She works full-time during the weekends and home schools her children during the week.
