Jordan B. Ray, Professor of Legal Studies and former Chairman of the Department of Management and Legal Studies at the University of Florida, is a member and past president of the Academy of Legal Studies in Business and the Southeast Regional Academy of Legal Studies in Business. He is the author of a number of business law articles and has served as editor of Notes, Comments, and Case Digests for the American Business Law Journal. He has taught proprietary and university CPA Review and CLU courses and has served as the legal consultant to the Florida Real Estate Commission.
