About the Author

Tom Huggler is a full-time writer, photographer, and videotape producer. He is the author of seventeen books, including A Fall of Woodcock. He is a contributing editor to Outdoor Life and editor-at-large for Great Lakes Angler magazine, as well as columnist for Chevy Outdoors, Pointing Dog Journal, and Michigan Out-of-Doors. A frequent platform speaker, he leads seminars on outdoor sport and travel, magazine publishing, freelance writing, and conservation. He lives in Michigan.
